Yet another vulnerable group

When things are right, each of us takes life for granted. However in difficult times we are faced with human vulnerability and feel that we can really find out people who are starving. There is one such community, who live adjacent to the Bankipore post office for decades and their main source of livelihood is begging and a few are daily wage earners. It is very pathetic as some are maimed and differently abled and you feel disturbed as you watch them. Placing a packet on their hands, I become very conscious of the fact of how one feels. There is an expression of gratitude on the face of some and we need to become conscious of this fact. I feel very humbled as we continue this operation.
