Office Team Meeting
To experience what is the meaning of a team, it’s important that we meet from time to time to reflect on the nature of our work. Once a week we try to have a meeting to make sure that wae are not moving away from our goal.
The meeting held on 20.04.19 was an important meeting as we had a serious evaluation of how we are with the communities with whom we are engaged with. As we gathered together as team, we looked at every sector where we work. It was important to note that we had made quite a leap with the vendors, construction workers. Yet we need to move once more to sensitize the bureaucrats and to note how we can bring to their awareness that schemes are not being implemented.
The liazoning that we are engaged with different departments gives us an opportunity to meet with bureaucrats. There is an image that we have gained and we as team decided that we need to keep this alive.
