The biggest challenge for the young people is when they have done their higher studies and are unable to move ahead. Somehow working with the communities on the periphery, they seem to be caught up in the desire and need for quick money. Interacting with them and motivating them to get professionally trained does not seem to be important for them. What they desire is quick and lots of money. Their openness to learn seems to be very low. The reason being they want to move out of their economical situation very fast and climb the ladder by hook or by crook. Seeking government jobs because there is less work and more money seems to be their focus. Motivating them to get highly skilled is important and that is what the meeting with the young people was all about.
